A path of clarity

'A path of clarity', 15" x 16", Acrylic on Canvas

In my world of chaos, there emerges a path of clarity.

Certain events in the past year made me believe that there are powerful forces at work around us. Sometimes they are dark, but enrich your life nonetheless, because though they haunt you and taunt you, they also make you reach your core and bring about transformations of a large scale.

While I have in the past felt benevolent forces quite a bit, in the last few months, I felt something impish just following me around and challenging me, making things hard. But as one would expect, with time, things started to get better. My mind and my eyes saw more clarity than confusion, and more order than chaos.

I don't think I have seen this complete path of clarity that I portray, yet. But I hope and do think that I will see it...

I made a deliberate decision that this was a path of clarity, and not the path of clarity. I think there could be more than one. This perhaps implies that a certain amount of complexity is unavoidable, but clarity is usually enough to be peaceful.

Wonderful work! I like the vague textures of the background.

A vivid portrayal! This is perhaps exactly how I have envisioned my mind to be at different periods :)

Really love this (idea/ concept). Lovely earthy colors too!
