Two recent discoveries that are great sources of unqualified joy to me are
Sitting on a swing and going really high and looking up at the sky and the trees. Such a common childhood activity, but an experience slowly and thoroughly forgotten over the years.
Lying down and flying a kite. You can stand or walk or run when you fly a kite and it's all fun. But just try lying down and flying a kite. All of a sudden you're disengaged from everything but the sky and the kite. It's magically soothing. Reminds me of the initial few seconds of free fall when you sky-dive. Suddenly time and everything ceases, and you're blanketed in an overarching peace.
