I finally find the time to write about the Alaska trip I had with family in July 2012. I have been wanting to write this travelogue all these months and didn't get the chance. Today's off for Martin Luther King day, and I'm stealing a few hours in the middle of chores.
2012 has been a good year. After a hard phase the 2-3 years before that, 2012 finally shone light on our paths- mine, my husband's and our path together.
Sometime mid year I switched jobs and decided that I would reward myself with a month off in summer. Luckily the new company accepted both my late joining date and my demand for a month off in November for a vacation to India, which I'll hopefully write about soon as well.
My next few posts will all be about our 2012 vacations. Stay tuned!
