Often I seem to choose the harder path over the easier path if it's substantially more interesting. I have a propensity to leave my comfort zone when I am too bored. I can't stand being bored. This is sinking in only lately...
Ditto. Results in stress and more stress, sometimes annoyance, sometimes high energy. But for all times, after I have travelled that route and look back, its worth it!
My comfort zone also encompasses my zone of interest. So I hardly venture out of my zone of interest, but I often end up on difficult routes because of my "dangerous" interests :)...sort of a predilection to complications! Do i regret it? I sometimes wish I find something interesting AND simple to pursue... but have never found anything such, yet!

Neeraja, now you got me real curious as to what those 'dangerous' interests are - base jumping? skydiving? :-)
