An instant dosa

I had to put this down for my own benefit, a few months down the road when I will have forgotten this recipe.

I just made it the day before yesterday and it turned out great. Also very simple to make.

1 cup rice flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oats

Make batter with warm water.
Add salt, cumin seeds, asafetida and turmeric to it.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to hot oil to make seasoning, and mix into the batter.
Optionally add cilantro leaves.

Make dosas.

MIL and me made something very similar - oats is indeed a good idea for dosa :)

(Ever imagined me chipping in about recipes, haha - I didn't, myself)
