Breakfast-
Blueberry smoothie (vegan except for a teaspoon of honey) - Fresh blueberries blended with okaara (look it up), almond yogurt and almond milk
Lunch-
Asparagus and Sweet peppers sautee'd in olive oil with garlic and chilli flakes, on a bed of Mustard greens, topped with a little bit of green chutney (made with mint), roasted Sesame seeds and Almonds. Avocado, Salsa and a teeny tiny bit of Sour Cream on the side
Lunch Dessert-
Hot Cocoa in Almond Milk
